Nextsteps Initiative — Village Outreach Sessions
Empowering Rural Students Through Career Awareness
The Nextsteps Initiative conducts interactive outreach sessions in villages, bringing career guidance directly to secondary school students in underserved communities.
What We Do
Our trained facilitators visit local schools and community centres to engage students in seminars or sessions, covering a wide range of educational pathways including:
Science & Technology — Engineering, Medicine, Computer Science
Commerce & Business — Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Banking
Arts & Humanities — Journalism, Law, Teaching, Social Work
Vocational & Skill-Based Courses — ITI programmes, Polytechnic diplomas, certifications courses
Our Approach
Sessions are conducted in local languages, using real-life stories, interactive activities, and peer discussions to make career options relatable and accessible.
